For the announcement trailer of The Escapists 3, the much-anticipated new chapter in Team17’s prison escape series, we chose the Finale from Rossini’s William Tell Overture. Its galloping rhythm picks up the game’s playful chase energy and gives the edit room to build.
We sourced and licensed the recording, then cut it closely to picture. It starts inside the prison scene and opens out as the escape gets moving, carrying the pace into the reveal.
We also handled the sound design and final mix, keeping the action clear while letting the music lead.
